I am not happy at Zylofon Music reveals Stonebwoy

Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has revealed he is not happy with his record label Zylofon Music and has no plans of renewing the contract when it ends.
Even though the artiste failed to disclose exactly when his contract with the record label would end, he hinted he would gladly move on when the time comes unless both parties could do some more work.
He made this revelation in an interview with Joy FM’s, Lexis Bill on Behind the Fame Drive, on Monday, October 29.
When the BET award winner was asked if he were happy at Zylon Music, he quickly answered in the negative saying, “ No, no, no, no. How am I supposed to be jumping around? The sincere fact is my happiness does not depend on the workforce of Zylofon Media.
“It’s never depended on it and at this point in time, we only try to accomodate each other especially those at the heads of certain departments.
“ I have come a long way as we all know by the grace of God. Zylon Music has a very good intention and I will say the owner, Nana Appiah Mensah has brought us all on board.
“We’ve always been in existence before he came along. We have our differences so these things are to be expected.
Earlier on the show, the Bawasaba hitmaker mentioned that he is not on good terms with Willi Roy and Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldogboth of the Head of Artiste and Repertoire department at Zylofon Media.
Citing his recent Ashaiman to the World concert at the Sakasaka Park, Ashaiman, his handlers at Zylon Music did not show up.
“ I was told Willi Roi was there during set up but left. I didn’t see him personally but from information I heard, he was there. I didn’t see Bulldog.
That is not all about the bad blood between him and his managers. Stonebwoy real name Livingstone Etse Satekla also talked about a supposed information about a collaboration with American artiste, R Kelly which was witheld from him by Willi Roi.
“Hearing the information now, I am actually happy. This where works speaks, this is where talent speaks and this where I think divinty works.
“This is an information that is mine or is supposed to be given to me. And I am sure that if he could turn it around to give to someone else, he would have.
“But once it is Stonebwoy’s name that is written on that gift, I trust that no matter what you do, you can stop or you can drag it but it will always happen. You know what I mean.
“If he is supposed to be my manager, how can he withold information as vital as this from your artiste. It is obvoius he doesn’t like me”, he added.
Stonebwoy denied the reason he had wanted out of the contract with Zylofon on a few ocassions was because Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale was on the same label.
“It’s slightly part of the reason but the primary reason was not that at all. People had to find a place to put what was happening.”
Asked if he were not tired with his beef with Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy responded, “Come on man, actually I don’t have beef with Shatta. I repeat this, I don’t have beef with Shatta and I don’t have beef with anybody.
On if he and Shatta could ever work together he said “Music is bigger than the two of us and if I have to, we will work together. I trust that I will make it work if there is the need for that”, he said.
Throwing light on how he was able to break through the international market, he answered "I trust it is the music that got me out there because literally only the music can relate to people from all walks of life.
